🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment.

  • Each item is inspected, securely packaged, and prepared to meet our quality standards.

🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Carriers: USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on destination and local customs

⚠️ Delays may occur due to customs checks, peak seasons, severe weather, or global logistics disruptions.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

  • You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Email sunse@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase using one of these subject lines:

    • “CANCEL MY ORDER”

    • “ADDRESS CHANGE”

  • Once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Most carriers attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If delivery fails, the package may be returned to sender.

  • Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
